Belt Loop Processors
The belt loop processors we offer were specifically designed by
PSR to melt
anti-fray films and webs sewn into denim belt loops. Each unit assures the resin from
the film or web melts completely and penetrates the denim yarns which prevents fraying
during the finishing process
Top and bottom heat

Separate top and bottom temperature controls assure accurate and complete control of the

Variable speed control

Solid state adjustable speed control with range from 0-60 feet per minute. |
Unique beltless system

Eliminates processor down time as well as costly belt replacements. |

Designed to process sewn belt loops without crushing the fibers. |

| All of the operational controls, including speed control, top and bottom heat controls,
air pressure regulators & gauges are conveniently located on the front panel in full
view and reach of the operator |
