Off Loader Stacker

Designed to stack parts that are free of the machine they are coming from. The electric eye on the stacker senses the leading edge of the part and signals the clamp to close. The clamp then moves back at a speed which is easily adjustable. When the electric eye senses the end of the part, the clamp opens and drops the part being stacked. At this point the clamp returns and waits for the next part to be presented. The part can be dropped onto an elevator table that drops down incrementally each time the stacker cycles or it can be dropped onto a stationary table or draped over a bar.

Limit Switch Stacker

A modified version of the Off Loader Stacker. This stacker is also designed to stack parts that are clear from the machine processing them. The electric eye senses the leading edge of the part and signals the clamp to close. The clamp then moves back at a speed which is easily adjustable. The signal for the clamp to open and drop the part comes from a limit switch that can easily be set anywhere along the length of the stacker arm. This allows for the stacking of curved pieces like back neck facings or long, skinny pieces that may wander from underneath the eye of the standard Off Loader. This stacker assures that all parts being stacked will be dropped in the same location

Smart Stacker

Designed to stack parts that are still being processed by the machine they are coming from. The electric eye senses the leading edge of the part and signals the clamp to close and move back at a slow speed to a preset stop point. This preset stop point is adjustable for different size parts and different types of fabrics. The clamped part waits at this point until the balance of the part is processed by the machine. When the end of the part is free of the machine, the clamp moves back at a high rate of speed until it makes contact with a limit switch that can be set anywhere along the length of the stacker arm. At this point the clamp opens and drops the part, then returns and waits for the next part to be presented. The part can be dropped onto an elevator table that drops down incrementally each time the stacker cycles or it can be dropped onto a stationary table or draped over a bar.
